NOTE: Thursday the 28th from 2-7pm is the last chance artists have to participate. The artist or their artwork has to have some kind of connection to the East Village and should be 24 inches or less, including frame.
Walk-ins Welcome is an open call to artists living or working in the East Village to come by the gallery on each Thursday during August, and if selected, their piece will be hung in this salon style exhibit – - if there is any space. Any artist working in any media from 14 Street to Houston and from Broadway to the East River is eligible to exhibit as long as their piece is ready to hang and is 18”x24” or smaller including frame. Artists can change their piece on any Thursday provided the new piece fits into the existing space.
