Alcove has turned to SUGAR, a new place for art in Bushwick (Brooklyn).

Formerly nestled in New York’s Chelsea art district (547 W. 27th st. 6th flr.) Alcove (www.alcove547.com) was a cozy alternative exhibition space, where art came face to face with art, and the viewer.

Founded in 2006 by artist Gwendolyn Skaggs, alcove continues as an ongoing installation.
