Here and There, film screening: April 6th @ 7pm Here and There addresses anxieties about time and place—how the social body navigates, investigates, and explores its environment over time. In this series of works, the body and the site are always politically charged— neither can be taken for granted. What are the literal and metaphysical boundaries between people and places and how do we attempt to get there or be here? In these works, the space in between becomes an important liminal. This evening will feature short films by: Kerry Downey, Cybele Lyle, Douglas Paulson, Gordon Sasaki, Lior Shvil, and Jennifer Sullivan.
