It is not the end of the world. Don’t believe the hype. But the world is definitely banged up. Lots of dings. Tracing the curves of its beaten up face. Its still beautiful. I will follow the path of the line right off a cliff. Knowingly. There are endless roads and twisted pretzels. Mustard stains. A face without eyes. Remember this: Every single one of these faces. These buildings. This dirty mop. These delicious cakes. We can mend with the right bend and all of our friends. Out of your body out of our dimension and back to your own mind. Come join us for giant drawings, huge brushstrokes,and accidental portraits. Deconstructing his images, Sto whittles them down to abstractions and then builds them back up naturally, finding the faces and letting the happy accidents create new paths. Its a loose, free flowing process that combines intuition and openness with a love of the line.
