High Line Art presents Digital Empathy, a sound installation by Julianne Swartz as part of its public art program for spring 2011. Installed in 11 different locations along the High Line, a computer- generated voice will greet visitors with messages of concern, support and love intermingled with pragmatic information. The inauguration of the new project will coincide with opening of section two of the High Line.
