ArtBridge, the organization that helped pioneer the transformation of construction scaffolding (“sidewalk bridges”) into temporary art exhibitions featuring the work of emerging artists, is pleased to announce the opening of its new Chelsea gallery space, The ArtBridge Drawing Room. Its inaugural summer exhibition, The Nature, will open on Thursday, July 21st and close on Thursday, September, 1st with an opening reception on Thursday, July 21st from 6-8PM. The ArtBridge Drawing Room is located at 526 W. 26th Street, Studio 502a between 10th and 11th Avenues.
Curated by ArtBridge Director, Jordana Zeldin, The ArtBridge Drawing Room is an extension of the organization’s commitment to promoting the work of local emerging artists. The Nature will feature works by five emerging artists who, through their work, are addressing and in some cases, replicating, the relationship between “civilized” society and the natural world around us.
