Unabashed and brazen, NYC-based Trinidadian artist Chris Achong finally bestows us with his long-awaited debut solo installation. His work reaches new dimensions, literally, as they scream out from the walls in front of you, behind you, to your left and to your right, and even underneath your feet…hundreds of colors entwined and distinguished at the same time, that engulf you in Achong’s outrageously captivating world. This self-taught rogue painter, inspired solely by an inner movement to break free from any tinge of conformity will be gracing us with never-before-seen work along with earlier originals.
