Spattered Columns Exhibition Space, operated by the non-profit organization Art Connects New York (ACNY), is pleased to announce the opening of its second annual affordable art show on Wednesday, December 7th, 2011. This juried exhibition will feature accessible works by 17 emerging and established artists. All work will be priced to sell under $500 for the Holiday Season. 2D and 3D works of all media will be on display including mixed media sculpture, photography, and drawing and painting.

Exhibiting artists include: Norman Chernick-Zeitlin, Katie Commodore, Steve Danielson, Rory Dean, Laura Del Prete, Andi Gilker, Shelley Hampe, Tim Kelley, Allison Kroll, Karen Ludlam, Sam Montgomery, Jay Paavonpera, Stephen J. Tyson, Angela Washko, Krysten Watson, Cahill Wessel, and Priyanka Yadav.

The opening reception for the 2011 Affordable Art Show “Art is a Gift” will take place from 6pm-8pm on Wednesday, December 7th, 2011 at Spattered Columns, 491 Broadway, 5th Floor, New York, New York 10013. The show will run until December 21st and will feature an Collector’s Talk on December 13th, 6pm-8pm with Chrissy Crawford (ArtStar.com), Jeff Bergman (Pace Prints), and Sharon Reaves (Reaves Gallery).
