Presenting new drawings and sculptures, Carl Z. Suddath’s floor and wall works are specifically installed in the space through the particulars of the work in relation to one another, allowing the viewers intuition to interrogate the formal, and metaphorical qualities of the work.

Carl Z. Suddath, in his second year attending the highly prestigious Core Residency Program at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston moved to Texas from Chicago, Illinois where he earned his MFA in Painting and Drawing from the Art Institute of Chicago and his BFA from Florida State University. Carl has exhibited his work at such venues as Track House in Oak Park, IL; Modest Contemporary Art Projects in Chicago, IL; and Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL.
