Join us at AIRPLANE for Grounded, an indoor/outdoor sculpture exhibition curated by artist and teacher Rico Gatson. Consistent in the works chosen for this exhibition is an evident process-based aesthetic paired with a strong conceptual deliberation. Through the use of found, recycled or otherwise “humble” materials, this diverse group of Brooklyn artists are decidedly not concerned with commercial slickness to express their conceptually potent and curious visions.
