Able Fine Art NY Gallery is pleased to present the works of Seock, Young-Ho and Teressa Valla. Each artist’s unique style is a clear statement of a strong inspirational bound to nature and all its elements. Seock, Young-Ho engages in a similar spiritual dialogue in search of his inner self. This metaphysical voyage begins and evolves through soil, a basic element to all life. The artist blends soil and colored pigments to obtain a new medium that gives his works their characterizing rough texture. The natural creational properties of soil, evocative of the origin that Seock wishes to find, have revealed to be an essential inspiration for his abstract compositions. Valla’s colorful dynamic compositions reflect the perceptions of a true cosmopolite. Her original imagery is a celebration of the musicality of nature and the human figure. In her mind’s eye New York and Rio de Janeiro are joined and transformed, Central Park fuses with dancers from Alvin Ailey and Parisian gardens become the setting of a Shakespearean sonnet. The sinuous lines and organic materials buried in the resulting paintings translate the artist’s unique insight of the inner beauty of all things
