The artists of 551 West 21st Street, recently covered in the NY Times, Wall Street Journal, and NY1 News, are featured in this final group exhibition for the storied building. Dubbed “Cold Castle”, the structure at the northeast corner of 21st St. and 11th Avenue has been for years a fixture in the culture and arts scene that defines Chelsea. Home to many studios as well as galleries such as Honey Space, Keyes Art Projects, 21st/21st and 551 Projects, it will be vacated on September 30th for re-development.
