Brigitte NaHoN: Haim Shelley Part Two: Works from New York to Tel Aviv

Born in Nice and based in Israel, Brigitte NaHoN creates small and large-scale sculptures that explore the elusive possibility of balance between tradition and modernity.

Using an unlimited variety of materials, NaHoN investigates the concept of perfect balance in an unbalanced world, weaving conflicting characteristics—heaviness and lightness, strength and fragility, transparency and darkness—together to create a harmonious whole.

FIAF is pleased to welcome this award-winning artist whose work has been shown around the world including at the Jewish Museum, New York; and at Centro Cultural Banco, Brazil, where the first retrospective of her work was presented in 2001.
