Outside The Box presents twelve former WHITE BOX interns/artists in a multi-media exhibition that shifts their efforts from behind the curtains of the commercial New York gallery world to a place closer to the forefront. The paintings, photographs, videos, and performances in this show reflect these artists’ understanding of both sides of the exhibition equation, as gallery workers and working artists.
