New York-based artist Rita Ackermann has curated The Perfect Man Show, an exhibition of (predominantly) female artists, many of whom have been invited to respond and/or react to the show’s somewhat elusive title/theme. Consisting of newly commissioned, existing works, and in some instances historical works, The Perfect Man Show will include contributions from a highly idiosyncratic and mercurial group of artists: including Lizzi Bougatsos, Leigh Bowery and Fergus Greer, Katarina Burin, Hanna Liden and Klara Liden, Lily Ludlow, Mirka Lugosi, Breyer P-Orridge, Carol Rama, Aurie Ramirez, Judith Scott, Shoplifter, Agathe Snow, Emily Sunblad, ‘under the name of Cicciolina’, Marianne Vit, amongst others
