The awareness of “no-thingness” is a blessing in disciplining the mind, body and speech.
While in the ripening perception that this “no-thingness” is what one can grow into, and striving to be reunited with this state; sculptor Füge Demirok gets lovers of art together with her works such as “Alef”, “Come & Go”, “Expansions”, “Constrictions”, “Prostrate” and “No-thing” in clay, bronze and/or bronze or silver plated aliminum wire with old and used woods.
The exhibition will be held between May 16th to 31st, 2007 at Broadway Gallery NYC and the Opening Reception will be on Friday, May 18th between 6-8PM. For more information on this exhibition please call us at 212-274-8993 or visit us online at www.broadwaygallerynyc.com
