In High Rise Vista, his second exhibition at the Stux Gallery, Dean Monogenis explores the transient nature of the urban architectural landscape. Inspired by the current onslaught of architectural redevelopment, Monogenis’ paintings highlight the temporality of such development by presenting an amalgam of architectural elements.

Lydia Venieri’s digital photographic-works on silk question the way that visual information is disseminated through mass media outlets. The series on view, titled simply as War Games, explores the juxtaposition of hyper-realistic photographs, film-stills and seemingly naïve images of children’s dolls.
