This January, four years’ worth of artists’ impressions, whims, dreams, and nightmares—over 450 images—will download from the web to the walls of gallery hanahou.

The exhibit is the physical incarnation of Der Bilderklub, a Berlin-based experimental platform and virtual community where professional illustrators share their visual lives, via personal drawings, sketches, and photographs uploaded on an ongoing, everyday basis. 480 pieces of artwork will be on exhibit as limited-edition 5”x5” prints available for $12 each. The affordable price means that visitors can buy handfuls of art, and they can also take their prints home on the spot. (Two copies of each print will be available, and the purchaser of the first copy will be able to take it home. The second copy will stay on exhibit until the end of the show.)
