“All th’ unaccomplisht works of Natures hand, abortive, monstrous, or unkindly mixt, dissolvd on earth, fleet hither, and in vain” (Book 3).
7ELEVEN’s second show will feature artists who deal with the beauty and/or destruction of nature and the rise of the man made world. We’d like to emphasize the ironic contrast between man’s dependence on and simultaneous obliteration of earth’s rescources.
The show, opening July 24th from 7-10, will include mixed-media work by six young New York City based artists: Sebastian Bear-McClard, Nick Cohen, Barney Kulok , Nick Poe, Gordon Stevenson and Robert S.L. Waltzer. The show will run for three weeks.
