It’s a world full of things that I make up I want it to be so busy that it doesn¹t have a focal point anymore. It’s like a world and everything has a little story going on, and the story of it all is just that there are tons of little stories going on at the same time. Keith Jones

So much and everything is happening at once in Keith Jones’ brightly illustrated world. Junk, stuff, people and animals crowd every possible corner of vibrant city blocks. Simultaneous yet isolated stories of humor and chicanery dance together to create a rhythmic movement throughout the composition. The eye cannot rest in one spot adding to a visually rich yet anxious experience.

Toronto-based artist Jones spends every waking moment drawing. His work has been widely exhibited throughout North America and internationally. Three books of his drawings have been published with the forthcoming graphic novel, “Catland Empire” to be released by Drawn and Quarterly Publications.
