M55Art, formerly 55 Mercer, thehistoric artist run gallery, isproud to announce its new location onthe ground floor of the LIC ArtCenter at 44-02 23rd Street in LongIsland City. For four decades, 55Mercer Gallery contributed to the artcommunity in Soho, and M55 Artlooks forward to continuing to offertalented artists exhibitionalternatives in this new center forcontemporary art. The new spacein a warehouse style building, justaround the corner from P.S. 1,includes two large exhibition areas wherem55 Art will present artexhibitions and events, performances, guestspeakers and workshops.
