Virtual Dumpster Diving is a solo exhibition by Chris Bors of digital collages made from copying images found on Web sites and a video about the metal band Slayer.

Downloading photos from the web can be described as virtual Dumpster diving. Bors doesn’t color-correct or alter the size of the images, a practice that preserves the integrity of the originals. His source material ranges from trashy television shows, professional wrestling, heavy metal and hardcore music and drug references.
