A solo exhibit by mixed-media artist Jesse Jones.

Jesse Jones was born in London and moved to Brooklyn as a teenager. He was immediately drawn to New York’s active punk and graffiti culture. Although traditionally trained at Pratt and Hunter’s graduate program, he has enjoyed the unconventional painting of walls as much as canvases. For 10 years he was lead singer with the band YUPPICIDE, which toured throughout Europe.

Jones will produce floor-to ceiling wall paintings – redefining the gallery space – and show smaller pieces that reflect the sensibility of the larger installations.
