On the eve of the gallery’s fifth year, we take pleasure in looking back at our program and highlighting certain works by artists whom we have presented since 2004. This exhibition presents themes of memory, loss and beauty in each of the three gallery spaces. Our intention is to evoke various moments from the gallery’s exhibition program and to focus on how the power of the artist’s imagination brings forth a shift in perspective over time. Each artist employs a range of means and methods to express their unique voice.
While some artists explore formal issues of light, color and structure, others investigate urban-human relationships as well as the inner machinations of the psyche.
This group exhibition will include works by Cindy Bernard, Barbara Bloom, Pedro Cabrita Reis, Anna Craycroft, Simryn Gill, Daniel Hesidence, Olav Christopher Jenssen, Judy Ledgerwood, Domingo Milella, Matt Mullican, Jennifer Nocon, Anne-Marie Schneider, Georgina Starr, and Jan Vercruysse.
