The theme will focus on combining works that traditionally define Duchampian readymades, with a more contemporary definition encompassing internet appropriation; found and artist altered images, video, audio, etc.

Accompanying the exhibition is a limited edition publication of 2-dimensional assisted readymades and appropriation art, cross referencing artists in the exhibition. Each comes with a dvd compilation of short video works who similarly use appropriation as its main source of imagery.
