My One and Only is a series of weeklong exhibitions that will run throughout the month of July. Each week Wallspace has asked one artist or curator to select one work of art that has been particularly meaningful and influential, and for that week the gallery will exhibit that piece and that piece only, in conjunction with a short essay written by the selector describing her interaction with the work and its impact on her and on her practice.
